Giving information, the shop owner Sachin says that my name is Sachin. My grandfather Jwala Prasad started this shop, which is more than 50 years old. I have been managing this shop for the last 25 years. The smallest 1.5 inch samosas are prepared here. The price of which is ₹ 2 per samosa and the samosa weighs about 25 grams. Potato and flour are used to prepare these samosas. Also, good quality spices are added to it. Which makes them taste better. The process of making these samosas is the same as other big size samosas are made. 3 to 4 artisans work to make it at our shop and about 5 thousand to 6 thousand samosas are prepared every day. Which are sold by evening in a single day.
Sachin further said that if we talk about the taste of the smallest samosa made by us, then people like it very much. That is why we are given a good response by the people. The samosa prepared here is tastier than other samosas. Although chutney is not given with the samosas made here. Still, they are very tasty to eat. These small sized samosas can be called the smallest samosa in the world. And this samosa is not prepared anywhere else except us.
